The benefits of ante-natal Classes are numerous in order to prepare you for the coming months, the big day itself, but also the early stages of parenting.
The ideal time to attend an ante-natal Class is between 25-35 weeks gestation to ensure you are close enough to retain most of the information given, yet comfortable enough to enjoy the day.
My aim is to provide an ante-natal Class which gives you:

The fact is that although we do cater exceptionally well for those little ones just arrived with us in this big bustling world, and particularly those that arrive a little early, we do really quite well for slightly less little ones too.
