Changes
Change occurs no matter what, whether it be seasonal change, life change circumstancial change, change just happens!
At www.babynation.ie we thought we'd go with the flow & make a few changes of our own!
We have recently with the help of Morsolutions the company that maintains our site, made changes to make it easier for customers to browse through the site and made some changes that you can't see that make our lives a little easier too, so a big THANK YOU to the guys there!
We have added a €10 or less department on the site where customers can find deals not available before where many items are well under cost. In doing this we hope that we can make some nice things just that little bit more affordable and it will be easier for first timers with us, to experiance the quality we have here at babynation with out having a lot too do so!
As we are a small enterprise we like to hear what you our customers and potential customers have to say, so if you do get a chance please drop us an e-mail and let know your thoughts on babynation. Our changes are still ongoing so check back regularly just to see whats been going on.
A FAIR READ AND PONDER!
It's hard to remain upbeat in these stressful times, as parents particularly, we worry about what the future holds in store for our little ones.Well here's the good news; out of every turbulent time comes change, usually for the better!
These times that we are experiencing right now, have curbed people & brought to they're attention some of the negative aspects of a culture which spawned and then fed runaway globalisation.
We have now been forced to look at how best to cope with our finances and as our governments allow trade to develop with other countries around the globe they too must be made to make way and enable change.
We have seen a marked change in the amount of "Fairtrade" products available in the open marketplace, "Fairtrade" must be allowed to flourish and no longer be the exception, where a special place is set aside on shelves for a few products, all products should be fairly traded from there to here and vice versa.
Only through making these changes can we hope to create a balance which will lead to equality and a lasting security for all on the globe. We at www.babynation.ie are proud to stock many "Fairtrade" products, and products manufactured from "Fairtrade" materials. We would thank all of you that shop with us for helping to make the world a fairer place.

IT'S NOT JUST FOR BABIES!
Although we called this very special place "Baby Nation" its not strictly true, OOPS!
The fact is that although we do cater exceptionally well for those little ones who have just arrived with us in this big bustling world, and particularly those that arrive a little early, we do also cater for slightly bigger ones too.
What Baby Nation has aimed for is to provide clothes suitable for all occasions and seasons for babies (including the preemies) and children up to age six. We have tried to stock practical clothes that look great and wear well; clothes that live life at a child's pace and still retain their style. Judging from the great feedback we have received from all our customers thus far, we have succeeded!
TOYS WITH A DIFFERENCE
Do you remember when we were young? Of course Im talking about those of us that might be sitting a tad over thirty five! We played for hours and hours with simple toys sometimes colourful sometimes not because the previous generation had worn the paint off having the same kind of fun we were just at a different time!
A little while ago when ponderng the type of things we wanted to keep here at Baby Nation toys in particular came to mind, the sort of toys we used to play with when we were kids. Toys that inspired us to learn both physically and mentally, toys that encouraged our imagination, that brought joy without the need of touchscreens, joysticks, speakers, and robot like electronic voices congratulating us when we got it right or telling us to "TRY AGAIN" if we got it wrong! We endeavoured to find those toys so that another generation could experiance the magic that got left behind. We now have a great selection of toys some bright and colourful, some in beautiful warm natural wood. Take a look and see what we have, maybe your child is just yearning to hop on a hobby horse and ride off on a great adventure, or perhaps potter with a puzzle, maybe scuttle some skittles because they look remarkably more like pirates to me!
They are all here for them to try. And remember these toys are just for kids!!!
